Optive rebate

FYI there's a mail-in rebate available for Optive purchases, at this website.

I have to confess i find it ironic that I received this via email from "info @ restasisinfo.com". Restasis used to be marketed as the product to stop us from needing artificial tears.

WARNING: To get the rebate you need to send your full details to Allergan via a web form, and sign up for their "my tears, my rewards" program. I recommend reading the privacy statement.
