I use Dwelle for severe dry eye and recurrent corneal erosions, which happen when my eye lid sticks to my cornea and tears its uppermost layer. Dwell dries out the area behind the uppermost layer (the epithelium) while keeping moist the outside of that layer. So, that is why I like it.
As the article shows, research that Dr. Holly did supports the claim of an accelerated healing time when using Nutratear. It is pink, because it contains vitamin B12. A lot of people like it. I notice that it makes my vision a little crisper, but it is a lighter drop, so I do not use it very often.
What are you issues with dry eye? Knowing what you need determines which drop (or other treatment) would be best for you.
