Update & quick question on some natural eye drops

It appears that doxy pills are helping me a bit with my MGD and have only been on them for 3 days. Taking 100 mg twice a day...did not know if you all have found that to be a good dose. Anyway, I have a question about lubricating drops. Because I also have EBMD, I have to use non-preservative drops throughout the day and, so far, Systane is the ONLY one that is helpful fo me. In looking for cheaper options to buy it online, I came across an all-natural tears in individual applicators called Optique by Boiron. Has anyone tried these who has MGD or bleph? Just curious. The ingredients are below:
