Best drops/practices before sleep at night

hi all
ive been waking up in the morning with a little crust under my eyes and rubbing it usually just makes my eyes sore
whats do different people find as the best drops to use over night...my problem started with extensive use of visine and now im just going day by day
do eyelid scrubs work well? ive spend a lot of money on drops over the years but have never quite understood how to do it properly and if its worth my while

My favorite bedtime routine is a rice baggy compress, Dwelle and Tranquileyes. It's been awhile since I've done all of those regularly but they sure feel good.
