Estrogen drops?

Hey,

my gynecologist precribed me estrogen drops against my dry eyes today. I haven't found a lot on estrogen drops and dry eyes. I'm 23 and don't have any hormonal problems. I always thought estrogen drops were anchient and andorgen drops are the way to go. But she just said that this would be an innovative therapy.

Any thoughts on this?

They were made in a pharcamy and the lady there told me that they make them quite often... Since I had that operation last summer (nervus in my left eye) I'm very cautious with "experiement" but I think I'll give it a try.
