Thanks very much for that Mario, it all makes sense. I have to say I found it a bit shocking the initial effect NAC had on my eyes (and I only started with 150mg per day). I never realised the effect that supplements / diet could have. Gritty sensation in the eyes gone within a few days, plus a new greasy sensation in the eyes (far more pleasant than grittiness I might add). These new sensations died down a bit a few days after but overall my eyes feel better since starting taking NAC

I will need to do some more reserach about this (but if someone can help me cheat by posting some links to previous posts or what not since the server is broken in a ways, or just links to other sites that be awesome) and maybe i can present it to my cornea speacialist thursday to see if we can give this a try.

Jenny are the capsules powder form ? If so break it down into 4 x150 mg wrapped in a rizla or toilet paper then bomb it down 600mg is too much to start with..start with 150mg and work up and make sure you take it with twice the amount of vitamin C and a multi vitamin to help with maximum absorbtion."Only the body can heal itself, and all healing must come from within your body."
