is there any chance of getting these made up in the UK dont think we have pharmacies that can make things like that. i dont know how it works. all our pharmacies are big chains in stores. you cant get anything for dry eye if you live here it sucks!

Might not be able to get much else but autologous serum you CAN get there! In fact during a web search awhile back I ran across an NHS procedure sheet for it.

Probably the best bet as regards tracking down a consultant to do it is to pore through the reports about it in the British Journal of Ophthalmology and contact the ones that did the studies.

Hi chears for that im ammazed you can actually get something here. Im seeing a good doc in harly street london on the 6th who hopefully perscribe me restasis, coz ive had a nightmare getting that too.

I was living in England when I first got mine... friends kindly sent me some... I was pregnant and nothing was working so I was so grateful.

They are sold on this website (see www.dryeyezone.com/shop). Unfortunately we can't sell them into the UK yet (they are MHRA approved but we haven't finished all the other paper-pushing yet). I think that several people outside the US get around this by having them shipped to an acquaintance in the US and forwarded.
