I would say it could be very normal. But, you're the only one who can make a judgment about it. If you are concerned, or the area looks red and swollen (more than you would think it should be) see your doc.

If it doesn't get any worse looking, or have severe redness, give it a couple of more days. Be gentle when cleaning the area and otherwise, be sure and keep your hands away from your eyes. I think you'll be ok. Lucy
