Hello,
I had my upper and lower cauterized about 5 months ago after years of frustrating dry eye. I'm not sure that this was ideal but I was at my wits end. I do have more tears as the day goes on but then they start to drip. I would much rather have the dripping then the dry for sure but I am wiping tears away quite a bit. At night while sleeping they are dry as a bone. I'm trying to figure out if there is more then dry eye going on and while trying to find a doctor to help me I thought I was see if anyone here had any of these issues. My tears almost seem to irritate my eyes as much as the dryness did and the redness is not any better. Any ideas would be most helpful.
