Anyone have eyelid twitching after cautery?

Had cautery on upper duct a few days ago. I received the local anesthetic injection on the upper lid. There is a tiny little bruise where the injection went in. But my eyelid has been twitching ever since! Arrrrgh! I don't do a lot of caffeine and I'm not particularly stressed out about anything.

Did anyone have this happen?

It didn't happen to me. I had the local anesthetic injection and then cautery by laser, but it was the lower lids. Come to think of it, I used to get eyelid twitches a lot, haven't had them lately. In two weeks I'm having the upper lids done.

I get twitches/tics/fluttering in my lids sometimes. It's called blepharospasm and is part of my dry eye symptoms.
