2nd plug fell out -1st yest and now the upper plug fell out today!! omg!!!

ok so my lower right plug fell out yest after 4.5 months.. got it replaced today--doc noticed upper right loose-now that one came out!!
so i guess back to the doctor tomorrow?? wait and see? cautery??
ughh.. i cant believe my luck!
