can you get cautery in upper and lower puncta same eye same day?

this is basically my question.. if you get your upper puncta cauterized in one eye can you also get the lower cauterized at the same time/appointment/ in the same eye???

I had 3 cauterized and 1 sutured in one appointment. No biggee.

You've had cautery before and should judge by your reaction in the past.
