i just had cautery on my upper right puncta..for 3 days felt good--now my eye has been terribly dry ... i know this hapened with my left eye for a few weeks so i am hoping its just from the 'trauma' of the surgery..?? anyone else go through this?? i also have sjogrens..thanks..:0
