Punctal Plugs And MGD

What's causing my dry eye is MGD and posterior blepharitis. I make plenty of tears they just don't stay for long. Would punctal plugs help?...thanks

I would ask your ophthalmologist.

You may be a great candidate for plugs, maybe not, it depends. Were all similar in desperation & sufferings, yet our eyes are so different. Some people can't tolerate the excess tearing with plugs. Some people have great results.

I personally feel it would be worth an appointment to ask.
