How's that flow controller plug working out for you?

Sorry for being out of touch for a while. Sadly, when I tried to put the flow control plugs into my upper punctua, they could not get them in. My right upper is oddly shaped and the new shape of the plug isn't a good fit for me. The right side has always given me problems but the doc actually hurt me this time when she was trying to get it in. In the end, we just went back to the regular plugs in the uppers.
For that reason, I can't really say how well they work. I think I see a small difference because of the lower one being a flow controller but I can't be sure. Also my case is complex in that my eyes are still dry but they produce reflex tears which get caught by the plugs making them feel wet (at least on the right side).
I would say to definitely try out the flow controllers but they weren't the silver bullet I was lookin for.
