See updated punctal plug guide. The updates include detailed size availability. If you have unusually small or large puncta, or for whatever reason have trouble getting a good fit, you might want to have a look at our table to see if you are aware of all the options.
I see a couple of newish things out there from FCI Ophthalmics:
"SnugPlug", a silicone "one size fits all". Hm. Supposedly stretched in the inserter and returns to its size once it's in.
FCI also seems to have something comparable to the Flow Controller, called a 'perforated plug' (anybody here heard of or tried this??) and an absorbable polymer 3-month plug.
I've added a few brands to the listings that I had not been aware of, but none of them look like new technology, more like generics of standard plug designs.
The widest range of sizes are available for EagleVision's Superflex (0.3mm to 1.1mm) and FCI's Ready-Set (0.4mm to 1.0mm). The smallest silicone plug appears to be Odyssey's (0.25mm).
