Plugs falling out.

I have had my lower tear ducts plugged twice with the plugs falling out in both times in less than a week. In both cases I believe I obtain relief and had no excess tearing. Are there different plugs that I should try or should I consider cauterization.

I wouldn't base a decision on only a week's experience.

If you're sized carefully, the plugs should not fall out. They may need to use a different brand if no size from the current brand fits properly.
