Restasis Vials

Hi everyone. I know I recall reading this from a previous poster, but I just wanted to ask again to make sure it is ok.

Is it alright to put a drop of Restasis in each eye and then recap the vial and use it again for another dose? Also, do a lot of you keep it in the refrigerator?

I keep the Restasis in the refrigerator which helps with any burning and it feels good putting cold drops in your eye.
My eye doctor has me taking Restasis four times a day and said that I could use one vial for two treatments, I'm just very careful not to touch my eye or lids with the vial and careful when I recap.

I do this too. I find that the cold drop feels better and helps to inhibit burning effect. I have a small ramikin that I put the vial in to keep it upright. I just try not to touch anything to the top part of the vial, the tip actually.

I haven't done that with my restasis, but I've always recapped and reused the single vials of systane, celluvisc, ect. Just wash your hands first too!
