I'm a new restasis user. My doctor is having me try it for a month from a patient of his who could not use it.

My directions are twice a day. My question is: Do you use the same vial for the entire day or do you throw it away after you use it in the morning and use a new one for the evening?

Most patients/doctors will tell you it's fine to use the same vial twice in one day, just make sure you replace the cap.

Thank you, I came to that conclusion after reading a similar post. They look like my refresh vials and I use those multiple times a day.
