Wow! Am so glad you posted this. I had no idea you couldn't use sooth with Restasis! Soothe really wasn't very useful for me, but during the trial period it may have been interfering with the cyclosporine!
My dr. Told me to refrigerate the vial of Restasis that I had open, I order to extend its use for another day or two. I put the little twist cap back on and stand it up in a shot glass on the fridg door. That way I get 3 days out of a vial. I am careful to maintain sterility by not touching the tip to other surfaces.
