Hi, and happy new year to all DES, hope you're having a good one so far.

Just a message to ask please, if you get restasis from Allergan India, could you let me know the address on the side of your boxes? (I mean the outer card packaging which the smaller plastic container comes in.)

Some boxes I ordered from an online pharmacy just arrived. I noticed the side of the packaging gives the address for Allergan India as:

Lavel 2, Prestige Obelisk, No:3, Kasturba Road
Bengaluru-560001

at Allergan India's website: http://www.allerganindia.com/contact.php It's

Level 2, Prestige Obelisk,
Bangalore – 560 001

I'm concerned about authenticity because of the spelling of "Level". Which on the website is LEVEL and on the boxes is LAVEL.
I've emailed them but not heard yet, was hoping to hear from DES on the forum til I reach someone.

Good that you're looking into it... counterfeit medications can be a problem with some of the less reputable on-line pharmacies.

Thank you SAAG, I'm doing a bit of detective work at the moment, hope to get some definite answer about this. It is best to order only from pharmacies with good reviews and who require a copy of your prescription but even then it's important to be extra cautious

well i have celluvisc by allergan with me.
It has the address as as per the website.

I do not use restasis.I use cyclommune , a cyclosporine generic and a cheaper option to the restasis.
