Restasis : maybe it's the culprit

So after some detective work I think my relapse is caused by me stopping Restasis. Not sure but I'm back on it twice a day, and we'll see... Knock on wood.

How long after discontinuing should I expect an improvement? Anyone else experienced this after stopping?

And last question: I find ciclosporine to be very thick, any tips for this?
