Taking Restasis and Xiidra together

Can I or should I do this if I have both? Or just use one.

My doctor said I could use both at the same time. I used restasis for 18 months with no results and all Xiidra has done thus far is cause burning and redness.

I use both. They each do different things.

I don't think it's good to use both at the same time. I've visited more than 6 doctors and they all agreed that's not reasonable.
