Restasis/Cyclosporine more specific for MGD or Aqueous Deficiency?

For what kind of dry eye does Restasis and/or Cyclosporine work best? Has anyone found any scientific literature to back this up?

The new thinking is neither, Cyclosporine is a immunosuppressant and anti-inflammatory drug. If your dry eyes (whether MGD or Aqueous) is caused by these factors, then restasis may help.
