Restasis in Canada....when

Restasis in not available in Canada. Does anyone know if there are any immediate plans to make it available over here as I am very keen to try it?.
My eye doctor suggested that I find a doctor in the States who would prescribe it for me but I don't know how easy that would be. How much are the drops per month anyway?. Elaine
