Restasis / Patient Assistance Program

We get a lot of calls from people struggling with the cost of Restasis. Allergan have a patient assistance program which some may find helpful. Eligibility criteria include no prescription coverage and some income limits. Please see this link for details. I'm also adding it to the Restasis listing in the dry eye encyclopedia.

My doctor gave me a bunch of rebates for Restatis to cover the cost. You might want to ask your own doctors about that, as I've been using Restasis for the last 6 months and I've only had to pay out of pocket once.
You also should check with your employers benefits if they offer a Flexible Spending Account. That is a great way to put your pre-tax dollars to use!
