Long-term Alrex/Lotemax (loteprednol)

If anyone's read my previous thread, I've been using Alrex for the past two or three years and recently stopped to see what would happen and because the potential side effects concern me. I'm about to fold and start it up again because my eyes are very red, itchy, and bothersome.

Has anybody else here used this stuff long-term? Or other corticosteroid drops?

I just know glaucoma-steroids complications and that more you use steroids more your eyes needed it. That's all i know.
