Steroids and LASIK dry eye?

Anyone had success going this route - say with Pred Forte or Lotemax??

Interested specifically if your dry eye was caused by LASIK. Thanks, all.

Steroids after Lasik induced dry eye

Oh, I have been on both Lotemax and Alrex and with continued use (2 x per day for a week), my eyes got even drier if that's possible. Plus, I am considered a Glaucoma suspect patient and that meant visits every two months to check my eye pressure.

I only use steroids now when nothing else helps of after a really bad day.

That's just my own experience but others may have had more success than I.
