Does anyone know how to get this in the UK ? or from abroad without a prescription ?

If you are seeing a consultant, have you asked if they could write a prescription for it?
You will know that consultants can prescribe Restasis on a `named patient basis - even though the medication isn't approved for use in the UK. It comes with a high cost though as it has to be obtained via one of the international pharmacies as a `special'.
Otherwise - no, I don't know anyone who has managed to obtain it without a prescription
