Hi all,

I've been reading a lot about this awful condition in the last few days, and this is one of the best articles I've come across. As well as strongly advocating the use of topical azithromycin (or AzaSite), it gives a very clear explanation of the different types of blepharitis, MGD, dry eye and how best to diagnose exactly what you have.

Not sure if I've posted this in the right place, but I thought it might be helpful to others if people haven't seen it already
