    I was just approved by my insurance for the Boston Scleral Lenses (PROSE). I already schedued for the end of the month. I am so excited.....

    I am very glad to hear you were approved for coverage of PROSE. For a GvHD patient with severe DES this is so often exactly the right step. Wishing you all the best... keep us posted.

        Are you working with a local ophthalmologist who referred you for these or supportive of this option and can co-ordinate/support it thru first few months? my docs here are not in favor of it but my insurance already approved me for it. But do not know who to seek care from if I try Sclerals and my current doc refuses to treat me as I ignored his advice for immediate eyelid surgery. I mean other docs in my area redirect me back to my current doc as he has good reputation.
