Sorry to hear that sazy. It takes a very talented and experienced fitter to get a comfortable fit with scleral lenses the first time. My optometrist has gone through several different scleral lenses with me, including various modifications to get a comfortable fit. And when a good fitting lens goes in for the first time, you'll know it. They put the lens in and you look around and will know in seconds how it feels. It was a magic moment when the 5th scleral lens went in my right eye and was so comfortable I didn't even feel it in my eye. The left scleral lens still feels grainy and irregular, but then feels better within two hours of wear.

I don't think it's fair at all to only give you a choice of one scleral lens fitting. They are so difficult to get a good fit that any scleral lens provider should have provisions of offering multiple fittings. Demand your money back.
