Erik - I had written a PM a couple of weeks ago but hadn't heard back. Am sure you're busy.

Never to busy to respond--just checked my mesages and I don't see one from you, but my box was full for a few days there about 7-10 days ago. I've just PM'ed you with my e-mail address.

Rebecca, Dr Johns gave me a handout describing how to remove the sclerals without a plunger, available here:
