Hi, I search the archive and still don't know if scleral lens can help aqueous deficiency dry eye.
My worst score is schirmer 2, but I believe my score is higher now because my pain has reduced to a tolerable extent. I still feel dry/sticky/uncomfortable of my eyes. I cant tolerate soft contacts or egular gas permeable lens. Anybody(aqueous deficiency) had successful experience with scleral lens? And I'm also concerned about the feeling of wearing scleral lens.Can you feel them on your eyes? And what's the most inconvenient thing when wearing them?
I have to fly to other country to get the lens, it is expensive and time consuming, so I think It is better to listen yo your experience before I make the decision.
