Anyone been fitted with PROSE lens in Texas? (Brooke Army Medical Center)

Apparently the Brooke Army Medical Center in San Antonio, TX fits them (according to the BFS website). Has anyone been fitted there? I will be there this summer, so I would like to see if I can get fitted this summer. Also, does anyone know the difference between PROSE vs scleral? My understanding is that PROSE is specially patented by BFS or something?
