Choice of Scleral lenses fitters in Europe

Hi,
I have shirmer test 0 and 0,5 and live in west-southern Germany. I want some information of scleral lenses in Europe.
As I know, they can be done in France, Holland (Neatherland), UK. Lately, Stehpgurl has found out that there's one clinic in Germany for scleral lenses, but obviously they are fitting scleral lenses not for dry eyes. I read in the internet that in France, the first set cost around 1,500+ Euro and the reimburse cost around 60 Euro per lens. Once I read a post talking about this clinic in France but I cant find it anymore.

@atta: I'll try sclerals in the mid of June here in Berlin. All you have to do is to find a contact lens studio which can order sclerals. My specialist explained me that there is a set of sclerals which can be tried in Germany and all they have to do is to order them. Good luck!
