dilated blood vessels surgery

Hi does anybody have dilated blood vessels in their eyes that caused by dry eyes or blepharitis( MGD)?. Are their doctors out their that perform this type of surgery to make the blood vessels in eyes back to hidden normal again?
well besides eye whiteing...

I had a resurfacing procedure done. I had large veins probably due to overuse of eye whiteners (Visine) and pinquiculae. In addition, I had wrinkling of my conjunctiva (a form of SLK) removed. My doctor replaced the bad part with amniotic membrane material that was "glued" and stitched in place. The recovery was about 3 weeks. I look and feel so much better.
