Salivary gland transplant for dry eyes?!

Just randomly found this on the web--a salivary gland transplant in the eye for dry eyes. How have I not heard about this before? Not only was this done at my alma mater, but it was done more than a decade ago!! I would seriously love a transplant at this point.

Hey, I've read that transplanting big salivary glands (like submandilar salivary gland) possesses many risks and they are trying to do rather minor salivary gland transplants.. although its not very common
