Has anyone heard of Dr. Gulani’s Amniotic membrane graft surgery without any stitches? I am considering looking into this, it is usually intended for those with pinguecula or pytergium. I do have pinguecula, but I am not sure if it is related to my dry eyes? The surface of my eyes is completely destroyed (red, bunching, etc...) so I assume that fixing that should somewhat help my dry eyes?
