This may or may not be different (I don't think I've seen it before), but I was looking at http://www.inspirepharm.com/pipeline.html#365op today for some updates, and noticed that Diquafosol now has a trademarked name - Prolacria - under which the drops would sell.
Even though it hasn't been approved yet, I think it's a good sign that the company has gotten a name for the product. That means they're anticipating selling it.
