I've read on another forum that lifitegrast may be availble in the next fw months Does anyone here know what's going on with this? If I recall, it failed the initial trials.

it did fail but then they resubmitted and it got approval (likely due to the dearth of dry eye remedies on the current market). so it will be coming to market but it certainly won't be a miracle cure.
