Hey everyone, I just ordered Xiidra and in Germany it has to be imported from canada. It costs me 300 € out or pocket so I wonder how long will one package last? I heard there are 60 bottles in it, so i guess 2 months worth? Can I stretch it to 4 months maybe? I also take Ikervis, should I continue with both?

typical dosing is twice per day (1 drop per eye, 2 times a day, or 4 drops per day), or 2 vials per day. However, if you're very careful, you can stretch it for 1 vial / day (each vial contains just enough for 4 drops).

Have you tried Azyter? That is available in the EU, I want to give that a try and but no available in Canada (I'm in Canada).

Thanks. Then I will at least see that 1 vial lasts for a day.

I tried Azyter already twice- not much succes with it and each time terrible burning

Re whether to continue with both... Questions about continuing or discontinuing prescription meds really need to be discussed with your doctor.

I am on both restasis+xiidra, I think the two drugs are complementary .
