  • A lot has changed

    Hello,
I have been sufferin from dry eyes since April 2005. I remember at that time I thought that my condition is hopeless. I tried everything. God, it was a horrible time. I can today say that 3 things have changed my life .... or, made it better...
    1. I have upper and lower plugs now
    2. I have become a spritual person engaging in meditation, yoga and planning to do volunteer work soon. I also read a lot of spiritual knowledge which helps me accept my situation. and not only having dry eye....
    3. I just looked at the pipeline (I am doing it far less often that i used to ) and I really realized how much has changed since I started visiting Dry eye zone. I believe, the future is very promising for DES sufferers. especially young people like me!
    Kindest regards to you all

    Hello

Pretty much all we can do is accept and believe in a higher power that can help us through the day.

I do yoga, meditation, exercise and take small green pills to calm my mind - and take it one day at a time
