I don't use Dwelle but ALL eye drops seem to sit on my eyelashes.
Like Rebecca - I'm pretty liberal with the stuff but try to remove residue straightaway.
When I'm at work, I probably use less because I don't particularly want to be found with my head over the washbasin - although it has happened.
I think I've given up caring about how it looks.
