Accutane induced Meibomian Gland Dysfunction

My right eye is completely under control. I can use the computer again, i can do things outdoors with no discomfort at all! (even if its rough outdoors). My TBUT went from 5 - 15 sec last six months. My left eye is a step behind it went from 4 - 12 sec the last six months, it still is uncomfortable because my pain memory is still there. (according to my opthamologist).

Ask me any questions you want. I know how terrible depressing this condition is and i want to support you guys.

Hi Patrick, hope you are doing well!

Yes i still visit mirjam, she really is great and i have learned a lot from her.

My current regime is
- warm compress in the morning and evening. ( i did it more when it was worse)
- I also do alot of eye massages during the day (currently only the left eye)
- I also regurly visit the steamroom because my eyes feel better after.

Manuka honey wasnt as effective as it used to be after a while. So i stoped using it
