Puriton eye drops?

One of my family members recommended this eye drops called "Puriton"
I've been using this drops for a week and I see lots of changes already.
Have anyone heard about this eye drops?

I couldnt find much information about Puriton eye drops but I read that they are homeopatic, its ingredients are listed below and it is preservative free as far as I read.
