Hemp seed oil & sinus pain

I'm not sure I would be so bold as to describe this post as a 'triumph' but the use of hemp seed oil has proved beneficial in the treatment of my dry sore sinuses, which in turn were caused by my LASIKed dry eyes.

Someone on a post somewhere online recommended the oil and thought it strengthened the membrane of the nose. I tend to put a couple of drops in each nostril at night and lie down so that the oil can work its way into the sinus cavities, and have noticed a definite improvement.

So not really a dry eye story as such, but presumably there must be others out there who have similar symptoms to my own.

Did this help the dry eye? I had allergies and bad sinus issues before all this happened to me. Then after my eyes went entirely dry, I began to take probiotics. It has been 2 years since I have been sick or had any allergies. It did not help my eyes though.
