I'm a middle aged man with aqueous deficiency (thanks to Lazik) and have had some relief with this homemade eyedrop.

The Lady on the video mentions that the drop will burn when applied and this has been my experience. I'd say about like getting lemon juice in my eye but fortunately the pain dissipates much quicker.
The good news is that drop reduces my discomfort level, possibly it's the honey covering the raw nerves that is helping. Not much help on the aqueous side of things. Obviously, this is use at your own risk, I wouldn't think an eye doctor would be that impressed. (Of course I wouldn't have my eye problems without the "help" of eye doctors).
Hope this helps some of you.
