So my therapy right now in this moment is:
Autologus serum (50%)
- 20% is not efficient enough, 50% helped me much more, I tried without it, but my condition worsens
- serum recovers surface of the eye. Eyelids are scratching and damaging eye surface and this serum is greatly recovering it because of healing properties.
LED monitor:
-99% screen monitors today have LED backlight, but in case you have old, please make sure it is LED because it is much much less straining on eyes
-lower your brightness lowest possible, standard brightness is too high
every day people at work ask me how I can have such dark monitor, how can I read, but eyes adjust over few days,
and what looked like too dark, now looks normal. If "0" brightness looks too bright, than lower contrast and colors, it will produce same effect.
- use white text on black background, use dark theme on everything you possibly can
- install Dark Reader addon for Chrome
- use black theme on smartphone
White LED ceiling light
- white LED ceiling light is closes to Sunlight
- it made huge difference
Diet:
My ideal diet which I myself crafted looks like this every day, but it is not all or nothing of course:
Breakfast:
Teaspoon (5g) Extra virgin Cod Liver Oil ( Rosita or Green pastures )
150g Oats ( I put this in blender with water and drink )
Lunch, cooked on steam insert:
- 200g chicken breast ( you can eat other as well of course, but I only eat chicken)
- 1000g potato with 4g salt
- 3 spoons of Extra virgin coconut oil
- a little bit of Organic vegetable (frozen from local organic shop)
- 2000IU D3 Vitamin, ( vegan in spray, this is importand because it is extraced from plant and not sheep wool )
- water ( I buy spring water in bottle, do not use filtered water because it is stripped from minerals )
Dinner:
-rice 100g (cooked)
Not every day but recommended:
- Almonds, raw ( I buy grinded and put it with oats in grinder, because I can not digest normal ones )
-gouda cheese
-goose liver
if you only cook and try to eat, it is disgusting, so you need to cook and then blend in grinder with:
onion, garlic and other spices ( google "goose liver pate" and try to find some good recipe )
Now you maybe think: "why you eat exactly like this" ?
There is specific reason.
If you put this food into "Cronometer" (you can google it, it is application for nutrition tracking easy to use)
You will see that this food covers all vitamins and minerals, and what is important is the fact
that this is food which is most nutrition dense with vitamins and minerals taking into consideration price and availibility of these food.
We want something sustainable every day, we can not afford hard to find exotic and expensive food.
-So for example, COD liver oil is best source for Omega 3 and vitamina A
-Coconut oil does not have omega 6 and it is antibacterial,
(after I started to take it every day, I had to spit yellow thick saliva from my throat for few days each morning, who knows where those bacteria came from in my body)
(If I consume any other oil, I will get seborrheic dermatitis on my face and scalp)
-lentils are best source for Folate and relatively cheap, they don't have to be soaked in water for few hours like beans.
-goose liver is best source for K2 (MK4 ) and has ridicilous amounts of B12 and other minerals.
-Gouda cheese is best for K2 (MK7)
Other things:
- I clean my eyelids and face with sterile cotton cloth which I use for 1 time and then throw.
- I clean my sheets with baby detergent (unscented)
- I clean my clothes with allergy free detergent.
- do not use fabric softener
So ~7 years aggo my condition was 1/10 I could not stare at computer screen for more than 10 minutes a day, and that lasted for years.
Today I look for 10 hours without problems, my eyes are 95% better I would say.
I did not have only dryness, I had sharp pains, photophobia, I have seen black shadow in right eye and also felt burning eyes. I was awoken 3 times per night for 4 years despite ointments.
My retina even started to detach.
I do not use even humidifer now during winter, I sleep normal and have only mild dryness when I wake up which goes away after 5 minutes.
Things I used before but do not have to anymore:
E-ink monitor - it does not have backlight so it is very easy on the eyes, "Dasung" company makes them for PC use, I use "normal" display now.
Extra virgin castor oil: I have put it directly in my eyes for months, it helped me sleep better.
What I have tried and doesn't work (for me):
- eye drops
- supplements
- Kefir: kefir, must be home made because it has 10x more good bacteria then any supplement in the world.
