Hi, I am not good about posting, but regularly read posts. I had Lasik done two years ago in February. I had corneal erosions for the first three months. They finally went away but I had a lot of burning etc. Well, I too have improved and hope that it does continue. I still have some bad days, but not as painful and I am not obsessed with my eyes all the time. So, I too have read the doctors book and hold out hope that I will continue to improve. I just want people to know that there is hope for improvement when we are beating ourselves up for doing the surgery. I also want you to know how thankful I am to have this site even though I am a silent reader.

I had so much trouble finding encouraging stories about lasik dry eye right after my surgery, so it's great when people stick around and post that they are doing better!
